Blocked Toilet in Lindfield
Kristen opened her eyes at the sound of banging outside her door. She looked at her watch and saw that it was 9am, far later than her usual rising time. She could hear her husband’s voice from outside her door and smiled as he realised he must have woken early with the kids. She pulled some new clothes for the day and went to prepare some breakfast for herself and the others.
“Thanks for letting me sleep in!” she said happily to Max. “You looked like you were enjoying your sleep so I didn’t want to wake you,” he replied. Kristen was about to start breakfast for the family, when Max informed her that he and the kids had already eaten. She then changed to making scrambled eggs for one.
After she’d consumed her meal and a glass of juice, she headed to the bathroom. She entered the toilet and suddenly became aware that the water was sitting right at the rim. “Oh dear!” she exclaimed and knew that their toilet must have a drain blockage of some kind. She told Max the unfortunate news and searched for the Lindfield Local Directory. Plumbing problems were things that they always left to professionals, because they had heard too many DIY horror stories. It would also save them time because the experts would know exactly what they were doing.
Kristen looked down the page for the name that she was after. They consistently stuck with one company that always provided superior service. They operated throughout Lindfield and the nearby suburbs of Killara, East Lindfield, Roseville, Chatswood, Chatswood West, West Pymble and Macquarie Park. Finally she came to the company’s advertisement and called. She was relieved to hear that a blocked drain plumber would soon be there to unblock the toilet.
She didn’t have to wait long because the plumber arrived, at her Lindfield home, within the hour. He looked very prepared, like last time, and carried with him an assortment of equipment. Kristen briefed him on the troublesome blocked toilet and led him to the spot. He analysed the area and started the unblocking the drain.
A short time later, the plumber emerged from the toilet and explained to them both, exactly what services he had performed. It turned out that the main culprit for the blockage was a toilet freshener, which had fallen into the toilet. Kristen thanked him and thought about purchasing an alternative freshener that wasn’t at risk of falling in. The plumber agreed that it was a good idea, especially since she had young children.
Kristen and Max were appreciative of the plumber making an effort to get to their home at such short notice. The plumbing company had, once again, impressed the couple with their first class customer service.
