Plumbing Problems in Lindfield
Elena and Peter were newlyweds and today was the day they had been waiting for, to move into their first home in Lindfield. They decided to make themselves a cup of coffee and discuss furniture placement. Elena unpacked two mugs, the kettle and went to the tap to fill it with water. She turned on the faucet but no water came out. Elena and Peter weren’t concerned initially as they thought it could have been playing up from not been in use.
“I think we need a plumber to look at this,” Elena commented to Peter. “I think you’re right,” Peter agreed. They didn’t want this problem to put a damper on their excitement so they decided it should be looked at as soon as possible. The next task would be to find a plumber in Lindfield. Elena didn’t know of any around so she decided to ask her brother, who lived in the area. She called him and enquired about plumbers in Lindfield. He immediately went into detail about a well known company in their suburb. He also mentioned that they operated around the surrounding regions of Killara, East Lindfield, Roseville, Chatswood, Chatswood West, West Pymble and Macquarie Park.
She spent the next little while, speaking to an informative staff member from the plumbing company. She asked a few questions and was amazed to hear that a plumber would be free to visit their new home, in the next few hours. Elena let Peter know of the plumbers impending arrival, as they continued with their unpacking.
A knock sounded on their screen door and Elena went to answer it. “You must be the plumber!” she said happily. The plumber confirmed her guess and introduced himself to the couple. Elena then proceeded to demonstrate their unusual water situation to him. The plumber walked back to his vehicle and returned with an assortment of equipment. He then got straight to work on solving the water issue.
Elena and Peter had finished unpacking a few boxes, when the plumber entered the room. He informed them that their tap had been repaired and what the cause of it was. He pointed what he had done and supplied them with the bill. They were pleasantly surprised that it came to less that what they had thought. Peter asked for his business card so that he could have it handy for any future plumbing requirements.
Thanks to the plumber, Elena and Peter were able to fully appreciate the excitement of their new home again.
